Graduate of Mercyhurst College with a B.S. in Exercise Science. I'm currently working on a Masters in Sports Nutrition at Kent State University. In addition to on-ice coaching, I guide skaters on proper nutrition and enhance the Skater's Advantage plyometric protocols for off-ice jump and conditioning classes!
